Grace idly looks through Bluebase and realises that all the people she will need to send postcards to are here in her database. And then a plan emerges...

Grace creates a new group of contacts naming the group "postcards" and adds all of the people she usually writes to from holiday.

Within a few seconds 19 labels are printed and put into an inside pocket of a handbag.

Grace is amused by her own cunning and recalls how only last week she printed labels of her own address to stick on things she lends out to friends.
